Today I have a bit of a success story for you about our oldest client: Josh Candy’s flag websites from the Midlands Printing Company which are doing incredibly well on organic traffic thanks to our SEO and social media work. We are really proud of what we have achieved for this client and he couldn’t be happier. Not only are both websites ranking well for their main keywords but they are also getting huge amounts of extra traffic from the search engines thanks to the fascinating blog posts we have been helping them to create all about different types of flags.

And here I have some information about the work we have done on both of the websites for you to check out and I am sure you will be impressed.

UK Feather Flags

We have been working on the UK Feather Flags website for about 11 years now and it has always ranked well for it’s keywords – Usually in the top 3 on Google for its main keyword feather flags. Josh knows what he is doing with on page SEO so we have mainly been helping him with content marketing by creating awesome blog posts about flags with infographics, guides, collections and more that we share on social media. The website has always done OK on organic traffic but in the last 6 months it has really started to take off and it is now getting over 2,000 hits a day from search as you can see in this screenshot from Semrush with the traffic and keywords:

The most successful blog post we have created so far was a guide to blue, red and white flags which pulls in loads of traffic and even ranks pretty high for the competitive keyword “flags”. Another blog post that does good is one about the best flags with birds that we worked really hard on.

Feather Flags Express

We have only been working on the Feather Flags Express website for about 14 months now but it is already quite successful and Josh is happy with the amount of orders he is receiving. Again we have focussed on content marketing and are creating 1 or 2 blog posts per month which we then share on social media which are generally well received and get quite a few up votes and likes. This one has also really started to perform in the past 6 months and is getting 73.1k hits a month from organic as you can see here:
