this makes sense for SE's to do, because it allows more recent/relevant pages to sneak into the first page which probably provides a better user experience.

@Jaan Kanellis I agree with you, but it is certainly a new breed of freshness boost, the likes of which have never been seen before, porn? search engine optimization? No blog post has ever been on the 1st page for phrases as competitive as that, for the last 3 years anyway.

I think Google is just trying to make some necessary changes to really clean up search results a bit.

I think what's going on is more of a "honeymoon period" where Google ranks new pages/posts high for a short period (possibly based off of how much traffic, clicks, or new links the page is getting) to see if the result is more relevant than current page 1 results. I've seen this happen a few times on other sites that i've worked on before. Usually the pages fall off the first page after a few days unless links, traffic, and CTR continue to increase.

To me, this makes sense for SE's to do, because it allows more recent/relevant pages to sneak into the first page which probably provides a better user experience (ie. less digging for the user who wants the most recent/relevant results) when these pages would normally take weeks or months to achieve a top 10 ranking.

Nothing strange with enough juice in blog and keyword, typically associated with porn. These positions are with safe search turned on, I assume. Most of other sites are
considered adult ones and unsuitable for showing with safe search.
